About Tree Shop

tree-shop.co.uk is owned and run by Tree Shop Limited. Established in 1937 we are one of the UK's longest established silvicultural nurseries. In 1937 C P Ackers established on the Huntley estate the Woodland Improvement group of companies; he was the leading forester of his time in sustainable and profitable forestry and wrote the great textbook Practical British Forestry. He trained his nephew, John Davis, when a very young man, who continues to run Tree Shop and be inspired by his traditions of excellence and passion for woodlands.

The Company

Tree Shop Ltd specialize in producing, from both its own and other specialist nurseries, an extensive range of native broadleaved, conifer woodland trees, shrubs, hedging plants, arboretum, parkland and garden trees along with a comprehensive range of tree guards and accessories. We cater for all sizes of woodland, hedging and landscaping schemes nationwide, combined with the highest levels of customer care and reliability of service.
